THE POLICY OF OUR QUALITY SYSTEM
IR.International and its supreme directorate are obligated to comply with the Quality System ISO9001:2008 & having its perpetual verification to achieve the following objects:

Order endorsement
Imad AL-Rahwanji & Co. reserves the right to endorse orders at its own discretion without any obligation to do so.
How an order is prepared?
Browse our website and select the cards you want. You can request samples or an album. If it coincided with our season, we can arrange to meet you and show you our catalog.
Please specify the cards that you like most and submit an application by sending the card number
 
How an order is processed?
1 - Upon receipt of the order, the designated representative checks the availability of the order items and sends to the customer a price quotation in addition to a confirmation specimen to be signed by the customer and returned to us.
2 - The customer pays the due amount via his/her bank and provides us with a copy of the bank transfer.
3 - Upon receipt of a copy of the bank transfer, the representative prepares the order for shipment and informs the customer with the date of shipment.
4 - When the order is ready, it is placed on hold in the shipping department pending receipt of money transfer to our bank. No shipment will be dispatched unless our bank confirms receipt of payment.
5 - Upon receipt of payment from our bank, the shipment is sent to the carrier company and an original shipping documentation package is sent to the customer in addition to scanned images by courier mail DHL.
6 – Soon as the bill of lading or waybill is received, a copy thereof is sent to the customer by email or fax.

Order processing time:

Orders with items available in stock: 7-14 days.
Orders with items temporarily not available in stock: 10-20 days.
Special orders that needs processing, products customization or printing of special wording on all cards: Are negotiable.
- We contribute to the marketing campaigns of our dealers with a fixed percentage of promotional materials and free ads. However, we request to be advised on the promotional campaign and advertisements before launch and that our dealers must have our consent first on the content and the cost of advertising and promotional campaign.

-We provide our customers with a certain quantity of albums free of charge, To be distributed by our customer on the points of sales.

Shipping:
 The shipping company will oversee the cargo operations on behalf of the customer if he wishes so.
